1 Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the bajicar platform is conditional upon your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. These Terms apply to all users of the bajicar website, including registered players, visitors browsing without an account, and any person who interacts with any feature of the platform. Acceptance is indicated by any one of the following actions: creating a bajicar account, clicking "I agree" during the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a bet.

These Terms should be read alongside the bajicar Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any other document published on the platform, these Terms shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one bajicar account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. bajicar uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are found, all accounts associated with the player may be closed and all pending withdrawals and bonuses forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, address, email address, and phone number. You must keep this information up to date at all times. Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate registration details is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bajicar username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bajicar will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. Any activity carried out using your login credentials is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified bajicar of suspected unauthorised access. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) available within your account settings.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bajicar is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals above defined thresholds. KYC verification requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement not older than three months). Verification is typically completed within 24 to 72 hours. No withdrawal will be processed from an unverified account above the applicable threshold.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

bajicar accepts deposits via the following payment methods available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. 4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Before any withdrawal is approved, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• Your account must have passed KYC identity verification.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your account must be fully completed or the bonus voluntarily forfeited.
• The total amount deposited via each payment method must have been wagered at least once before withdrawal.
• No withdrawal dispute or fraud investigation is pending on your account.

4.3 Processing Times

4.4 Currency

All transactions on bajicar are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). If you fund your account via a card denominated in a foreign currency, your card issuer's prevailing exchange rate will apply and bajicar bears no responsibility for conversion fees charged by your bank or card network.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Rules

bajicar offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus rules in this section and the promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. 5.3 Bonus Eligibility

Each welcome bonus is available to new players only, for their first qualifying deposit. Subsequent deposits may qualify for reload or loyalty promotions as communicated separately. bajicar reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed, and to disqualify any player from a promotion where fraudulent or abusive behaviour is detected, including but not limited to:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Coordinating bonus play across multiple accounts via matched or lay betting strategies.
• Providing false information to qualify for a promotion.
• Using any technical exploit, bot, or automation to participate in a promotion.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period stated in their specific terms (typically 7 to 30 days from the date of crediting). Any bonus balance that has not been used and any wagering progress that has not been completed by the expiry date will be removed from your account automatically without notice.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Cricket Betting

Cricket betting on bajicar covers Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Indian Premier League (IPL), T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and all bilateral series involving the Bangladesh Tigers. All pre-match and in-play markets are subject to bajicar's cricket betting rules, which govern void conditions, abandoned matches, Duckworth-Lewis method outcomes, and player performance markets. Where a match is abandoned without a result being determined, stakes are refunded unless specific "no result" markets apply.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games on bajicar — including slots, live dealer tables, and specialty games — are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules applicable to each game are set by the game provider and are accessible within the game interface. bajicar is not responsible for errors, interruptions, or technical malfunctions originating within a game provider's software. In cases of genuine malfunction, the affected round may be declared void and stakes refunded.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Wager Limits

bajicar reserves the right to void any bet placed on incorrect odds arising from a manifest error (palpable error), system malfunction, or price feed failure. If a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the player's account. bajicar is not liable for any profits expected on a void bet.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bajicar platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and money laundering: Using bajicar to launder funds, process payments for third parties, or engage in any form of financial fraud.
• Match fixing and cheating: Exploiting inside information, coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, or using any software tool that provides an unfair advantage.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or card issuer for deposits that were legitimately processed.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets, complete wagering requirements, or interact with the platform.
• Account sharing: Allowing any other person to access or operate your bajicar account, or accessing any other player's account.
• Underage access: Allowing or facilitating access to bajicar by any person under 18 years of age.
• Offensive conduct: Using abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory language toward bajicar staff or other players via any platform communication channel.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonus offers in ways that are inconsistent with their intended purpose, as described in Section 5 above.

8 Responsible Gaming

• Self-exclusion: Request self-exclusion for a fixed period of 6 months to 5 years. The account will be permanently suspended for the chosen duration.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the bajicar platform — including but not limited to the bajicar name, logo, website design, page layout, written content, graphics, icons, software, data structures, and game interfaces — is the exclusive intellectual property of bajicar or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bajicar platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, redistribute, copy, modify, publicly display, sell, license, or create derivative works from any bajicar content without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of any bajicar intellectual property may result in account closure and legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits bajicar's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Amendments to Terms

bajicar reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bajicar will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required immediately for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page with the effective date clearly stated. Your continued use of the bajicar platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

12 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which bajicar operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through bajicar's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

These Terms are written in English, and the English language version of this document is the authoritative version in all cases. Any translation of these Terms provided for convenience purposes shall not be construed to override or supersede the English text.
